Hosted UniFi · Omada · UISP

Layer 1 is the part
nobody else owns.

Every other hosted controller runs on someone else's cloud. We run on hardware we own, in racks we control — so every customer gets a genuinely dedicated public IP, not a slice of a shared pool.

01 / Platform

Built like infrastructure, not a reseller panel.

Controllers run in isolated containers on dedicated bare metal behind an enterprise firewall. Provisioning is fully automated — IP allocation, DNS, certificates and the controller itself come up in a single step.

Addressing

A real dedicated IP

Your controller answers on its own public IPv4 with its own reverse DNS. Clean for firewall allowlisting, stable for device adoption, and yours alone.

Lifecycle

Upgrade and roll back

Pin any controller version. Move forward, or roll straight back if a release misbehaves — your sites, devices and database come through untouched.

Recovery

Nightly backups

Full nightly snapshots plus the controller's own automatic backups, restorable from the panel without opening a ticket.

Identity

Your own domain

Run on you.unifi.lvl1.host or bring your own hostname. Certificates are issued and renewed automatically.

Resilience

Always-on DDoS filtering

Every address sits behind carrier-grade mitigation at the network edge — on by default, at no extra cost.

Isolation

One tenant, one container

Customers never share a controller, a database, or an address with our own infrastructure. Noisy neighbours aren't a category of problem here.

02 / Controllers

Bring the whole estate.

One account, every vendor you manage — so an MSP running mixed sites doesn't need three billing relationships.

UniFi Network

Live

Ubiquiti's controller, any version you choose, with rollback. Devices adopt over a stable hostname that survives plan changes.

Omada

Shortly

TP-Link's SDN controller with the same version control, backups and dedicated addressing on omada.lvl1.host.

UISP

Shortly

Ubiquiti's ISP platform for airMAX and fibre estates, on uisp.lvl1.host.

03 / Plans

Start free. Add a dedicated IP when it matters.

Every plan includes managed updates, nightly backups and a hostname with TLS. Move between plans whenever you like — your devices keep working through it.

Where the difference actually shows up.

Most hosted controllers are a thin layer over a public cloud VPS. That's a fine business — it just means the things below aren't theirs to offer.

Put one controller on it tonight.

The free tier takes about a minute and doesn't ask for a card. Move it to a dedicated address whenever the client needs one.
